​Prior to spending full-time on people and talent development, AA was with Standard Chartered Bank Group. He was there for 27 years and has served in most parts of the organization. His last position was the Head of Wholesale Bank Operations at the Bank’s Global Business Services Centre, an international shared services hub of the Standard Chartered Bank Group. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Azizan had experienced leading team of 1000+ of employees located in Malaysia and various other countries; operating on a 24-hour, 7 days a week shift providing transaction processing and support services to Standard Chartered Bank operations in 22 countries around the world.
