Azizan Ahmad spent 27 years with Standard Chartered Bank and had experienced building and running a global transaction

processing hub with large local & international teams.

Being part of the key implementation team tasked to setting up the global hub for Standard Chartered Group, Azizan had

experienced building and heading the Wholesale Bank Operations from a team of 20 into a large division of close to a

thousand people working on a 24-hour shift; overseeing the processing of wholesale banking transactions from 22

countries within the Standard Chartered Group.

His experience of 27 years with the Standard Chartered Bank Group, holding various senior positions in the

front line, middle office, projects as well as Operations had given him various exposures in the areas of

management & leadership particularly in building high performing team in a highly competitive and fully

demanding environment. Throughout his career, Azizan has been involved in planning, implementation

and sustenance of many strategic initiatives of the Standard Chartered Group.

In 2012, He left his banking career to pursue his passion in people development. His experience and global

exposure in various areas of leadership and management had positioned him as one the few consultants that can offer the unique blend of conceptual tools and practical insights particularly in the areas of strategic formulation and implementation. Using his expertise in implementing practical approach to Change Management, leadership and management, Azizan had helped many organizations achieve their strategic goals and business objectives.
