
EFFECTIVE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

Introduction
​
A 2-day “must-have” program for all people managers to achieve their main purpose of existence – to achieve set goals using all available resources. Participants will be exposed to a structured and effective way in managing performance through a step-by-step practical process and sharing of BEST-PRACTICE tools that can easily be adopted back at work.

Program will include the 4 key steps ineffective performance management i.e.

Cascading team’s goals into individual staff goals;

Supporting & developing team members;

Effective performance appraisal, and

Consequence Management that includes tips & techniques in having difficult / unpleasant conversation, and will be able to try them out in role-plays that will be led by our facilitators.
