  • Identification of issues, personality & communication styles in difficult conversations

  • Mistakes normally made & how to avoid them

  • Things to do – before, during and after such conversations

  • “POWER PHRASES”, tips & tools to hold a difficult conversation in a confident and effective manner

 

Participants will also experience “handling” such conversations where they will apply lessons learnt during “role-plays” in simulation activities based on “real-life” situations, with each other and with the experienced facilitators.
