Introduction

Much of what managers do is to solve problems, manage crises and make decisions. In most cases, managers need to solve problems by reacting and make decisions based on what seems to be the quickest solution. However, very often, the same problem recurs time and again because either the ROOT CAUSES(s) to the problems are not well-identified or, the resolution isn’t effective.
This program will help Managers become more effective in problem-solving. It will cover among others, the following topics:

Diagnosing root cause(s) – how to differentiate between symptoms and real cause(s)

Developing effective solutions and actions plans to address problems and minimize/ avoid recurrence
