This programme is designed to build and develop a team of Change Champions who will lead employee engagement initiatives and sustain the momentum to achieve organisation goals and objectives. The focus is in providing the team with the knowledge, skills and tools on how to become the “voice and bridge” that will link Top Management aspirations to the masses.

An experiential – based programme that involve classroom, indoor and outdoor simulation games & activities. Simulation activities may include applying some NLP (Neuro linguistic Programming) techniques..
