It is a well known fact that the 3 factors that determine performance in sales and marketing are Attitude (60%), Skills (30%) and Knowledge (10%). This is because selling is a behavior skill, involving emotional and social transaction

This programme will provide the participants with the knowledge, skills and tools required for them to communicate confidence, enthusiasm and competence to the prospects and clients in a way that will increase their closing ratio.
