Introduction
Great leaders set vision for the company. However, the biggest challenge faced by leaders of organisations is to get the people from all levels to be committed in achieving the vision. Without alignment, company’s vision will just be a nice statement written on the wall with no connection to employees’ goals & practices.
This programme is designed to build a team who will own the vision and be compelled towards achieving organisation’s vision. By translating the organisation’s vision into their personal goals and vision, the team will walk away with higher motivation, clear goals and stronger conviction to achieve the vision.

Methodology
An experiential – based program that involve both indoor and outdoor simulation games & activities. The type of activities will be customized to fit the team’s needs & objectives, environment factors, and participant’s learning and fitness levels.
Simulation activities will include using Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help participants achieve & experience their desired states.
Typical duration is 3 Days – 2 Nights (subject to customization)
