This programme is designed to build a team who will internalize & be aligned to the organisation’s values and desired culture
The objective is to build a team who will believe in the organisation’s values by translating the values into their behaviors and practices at work. The participants will walk away with higher motivation, higher level of trust in the management and sense of loyalty towards the company.

Methodology
An experiential – based program that involve both indoor and outdoor simulation games & activities. The goal is to engage the participants physically, emotionally, mentally & spiritually.
Typical duration is 3 Days – 2 Nights or 2 Days – 1 Night. (subject to customization)
