Methodology
An experiential – based program that involve classroom, indoor and outdoor simulation games & activities. The goal is to engage the participants physically, emotionally, mentally & spiritually.
Discussion in classroom include engaging in deep analysis of team levels situations, diagnosing root causes and proposing intervention plans.
Typical duration is 3 Days – 2 Nights or 2 Days – 1 Night.
