Introduction

One of the biggest problems faced by changing organisation is to sustain the change. With the discomfort & uncertainties brought by change, it is easy for the momentum & motivation to go down thru time and the people could go back to old practices, i.e. the change fail to take place.

This programme is designed to identify and develop select employees into Change Champions to help sustain the motivation and momentum towards implementing change across the organisation.

  • Formulate strategies on how to help sustain the momentum for change initiatives & influence positive change to occur.

Methodology

An experiential – based programme that involve classroom, indoor and outdoor simulation games & activities.

Typical duration is 3 Days – 2 Nights or 2 Days – 1 Night.
