Introduction
Many Managers were appointed because of their performance in their previous functional roles. Research shows that as many as 80% of Managers are appointed to the role without proper training. These Managers are called “accidental” Managers. As a result, many of them failed or struggled in their new role.
This programme is designed to provide Managers or future Managers with the knowledge, skills and tools on how to perform their Managerial role effectively.
