Introduction

Most conflicts at work happen because of misunderstandings that happen between respective parties. That is because a message can be interpreted in so many ways. In face-to-face communication, expert says that the impact of a message comes from Words (7%), Intonation (38%) & Body Language (55%).

Since success at work greatly depends on our ability get cooperation from others, the ability to communicate effectively is a crucial skill. Communicating effectively is about making use of different components of communication to make sure the message delivered is received in a way it was intended.

The programme will be conducted using a combination of lectures, discussion, Case Studies and Role Plays.
