Introduction
Emotional intelligence is critical to effective leadership – especially at the top.
While technical proficiency and high intellect are usually the building blocks that lauch successful careers, that is not what sustains them. Research indicates that 67% of all abilities essential for effective performance are emotional competencies.
This is even more crucial at leadership level. As most successful leaders know, the higher up the organization they go, the the higher is the need for EQ (the measure of Emotional Intelligence). At top leadership level, nearly 90% of success in leadership is attributable to high EQ.
This programme is designed to provide participants with the practical skills & tools on how to increase participants’ Emotional Intelligence and increase their prformance as leaders.

Methodology
The programme will be conducted using a combination of presentation, discussion, Role Plays & simulation activities. Simulation activities will include participating in high energy activities to create peak states for the participants, using NLP (Neuro – Linguistic Programming) techniques.
