Introduction

This programme will take the participants through an experience that will help them internalize the need for Core Values to guide their choices of behaviors to achieve organisation goals.

They will walk away with knowledge and skills on how to translate the Core Values into a set of daily behaviors that will guide their performance at work.

Methodology

An experiential – based programme that involve classroom, indoor and outdoor simulation games & activities. The goal is to allow the participants to discover the values & internalize the values.

Typical duration is 1 – 2 Days.
