Introduction

 

One of the biggest challenges for service team leaders is to ensure consistent delivery of service standards are being maintained at all times.

 

Coaching for World-Class Service is designed to transfer essential skills to for assisting and encouraging service employees to continually develop and perform at peak levels.

 

Our focus is to equip the participants with the techniques for establishing motivating, nonnegotiable performance standards, which aid managers, supervisors and team leaders in maintaining consistently high customer service levels.
