90% of people’s opinion of us is built within the 1st 90 seconds. Basically we do not have a 2nd chance to make the 1st impression. People are constantly judging and forming an opinion on our level of competence, confidence & professionalism based on how we project ourselves.

This workshop is designed to provide the knowledge & skills on the art of grooming, dressing and orchestrating body language to send the message of professionalism, confident & competence in service environment.

• How to project an image of confidence, competence & professional ism in service environment in various business setting

Methodology

The programme will be conducted using a combination of lecture, sharing experiences and some hands on experiences to give participants practical skills in creating personal image.

Typical duration is 1 or 2 Days (9am – 5pm)
