Behavioral – Based Selection Process

Introduction

High performance would require the right combination of Knowledge, skills and attitude. Unlike knowledge and skills that can be acquired through teaching and training, a person’s attitude is not as easy to develop.

Knowing that, most organisations have adopted an approach to ‘Train for skills, Hire (or promote) for attitude’.

This workshop aims at providing the process, the platform and the structure to assess individuals for specific behavioral traits that represent the attitude required to meet competency standard required by the organisation.

Target groups

Assessment candidates could be for New Hires, promotion exercise, evaluation for confirmation exercise of recruitment for specific roles and responsibilities.

Methodology

The will involve taking the candidates through a series of simulation activities (could be indoor or outdoor) that are designed to bring out certain specific behavioral traits as per requirement by the organisation or work groups.

Duration, venue and process will be customized to fit the behavioral traits required.
