When I was assigned to go the Team Alignment Program at Lembah Azwen, I was actually reluctant to go. Having been to a few such program before, I thought it was going to be another boring program.

But I have to say, after going through your program, I wished it was longer and after 3 days; I wished we had another day to go.

The program was different than the ones I have been to before. The team spirit created was ‘real’ and work – related. It was challenging but fun and emotionally charged. The lessons shared in the program made me think. Honestly I wished we had more time to explore the ideas and questions that I have after learning the lessons.

I guess the lessons shared and the ideas you presented made me have many more questions that require deeper discussion. In many ways, it made me want to explore further and I hope to have more discussions with you in the future.

I look forward to see you and attend more of your programs…as I realize there is so much more to learn from you. Thank you very much for such a deep and meaningful program. My appreciation to your team for a great job done!!
