It is yet another stressful week at work, as always. But I thought I have to write to you and let you know the wonderful work you have done.

The program that you conducted last week at Genting View Resort has been very successful in achieving its objective in managing the change to achieve our vision. The team spirit demonstrated during the 3-days programme had been very high and I am keen to see the same spirit prevail in our day-to-day work back in the office. Glad to say that so far it has been very good.

I know, as you correctly pointed out, cooperation and involvement from the all level is crucial to sustain the motivation and spirit created. Nonetheless, your program had managed to set the much needed platform that will drive this spirit down to all levels, especially in our current situation; when the team is going through many structural changes in the company.

Thank you very much for the great job done for our team and I thoroughly and immensely enjoyed the program. As this is my final year before retirement; the program will remain as one of my best memories with my team. Please keep up the excellent job and I wish you all in PBT Consultants Sdn Bhd every success in your future undertaking.
